Following up with a voicemail…

After you apply for a position, do you follow up with a call/voicemail?

Very few do.

And you would definitely stand out.

Express your interest.

A lot more can be communicated in a short 30 second voicemail than an email or just a resume.

Such as: enthusiasm, emotion, sincerity, and personality.

Try it out.

Even if it’s not a good fit, there’s a good chance they’ll remember you for a potential future position.

And then make a LinkedIn connection request.

Now they have an easy way to get a hold of you.

What’s the worse that can happen?

You’d be one step closer.

And you’d push through some of your emotional resistance.

And probably feel pretty darn good about yourself afterwards.

Differentiate yourself for greater success.
