When you’re just starting a new career with no prior experience, employers aren’t sure you can do the job they need done.
Some might take a chance on you, many won’t.
How do you prove the naysayers wrong?
Unfortunately, saying it on your resume just might not be enough.
If you can figure out how to overcome their doubt, I think you’re much better positioned.
A few suggestions: referrals, portfolio of your work, the ways that you’ve went the extra mile, your creativity, etc.
I don’t have the 1 right way, but I do think if your resume alone isn’t getting you where you want to be, it might be time to try some alternatives.
