I was recently asked if now’s the time to quit your job if you want to focus 100% on making a career pivot into Salesforce.

While everyone’s financial situation is different, in general, my  thoughts were that it might not be the best time, primarily due to some of the uncertainty in the economy and overall job market.

And how long can you sustain without a steady income?

I think if you’re dedicated and focused outside of your current job responsibilities, you can still find success in the transition, but need to put the internal pressure on yourself to achieve the goal.

Some may have a different outlook and need to have their back against the wall to push forward.
