As salaries for Salesforce Professionals seem to continue to rise, does this have a negative impact in the overall equation?
For example, customers choosing not to continue with their subscription (or not purchase from the onset) due to what they can afford for human capital.
Or throwing more onto the plate of the Salesforce Admin, Developer, etc. who they already have on board to do non Salesforce related activities.
Or scaling back initiatives they originally had planned.
I guess the question is: is the current condition sustainable over the long term?
I’ve heard of a few examples of the above, but it seems like the number of open positions available, and Salesforce revenue growth continues to trump the one-offs I hear about.
Love to hear from anyone who is better at supply/demand/forecasting and overall economics (I barely passed Econ201 in college).
