This week, I was thinking about past strategic recruiting advantages some consulting companies had when they were able to keep consultants local.

Since that approach is currently no longer really applicable, now the playing field is more level.

“If you would like to spend less time at home, see what the world has to offer, get out of your cooped up home office, reduce the digital meetings all day, and get back to earning hotel points and airline miles. We have the perfect opportunity for you!”
