As you continue educating yourself on Salesforce, how do you determine the right amount for the day, and when to call it quits?
One way to think about it can be similar to how you might evaluate exercise.
If you do too much at once, you can burn yourself out, get injured, feel sore, etc.
And then you’ll dread exercising again the next day.
And then you might skip a week or two.
Rather, just do the right amount so you feel that you accomplished something, and pushed yourself a little, but weren’t excessive.
Enough so that you can still look forward to doing some more tomorrow.
Consistency is a much better formula for success, than some random overload.
