The well-established now competing with the new kids on the block.
New Independent Software Vendors working diligently to get their product known and differentiated from all the others.
Clients/customers overloaded with who and what to choose (this might be the biggest challenge of it all).
Newcomers applying for a position along with hundreds of others.
Experienced hires possibly finding it harder to differentiate themselves as they once could.
Maybe there is enough opportunity that this is not a concern long term, but in the day to day, I think there are some that may be feeling it more now than in the past.
