It’s a challenge to find quality CRM candidates that are a good fit for businesses. I screen so many resumes to get a few quality CRM professionals to send to my clients.
Most of the resumes have very similar information. Candidates often state on their resume that they’ve used Apex to customize the client’s applications, used bulk data loader to transfer data into and out of Salesforce, and have used REST and SOAP APIs to do real time interfaces.
After reviewing resumes, I schedule a Skype interview. I ask very specific questions to make sure that the CRM candidates have the knowledge and strategic mindset to be able to help my clients successfully move their CRM applications to the cloud. Because of my background in CRM (on the technical and business side), I am able to get a better understanding of their skill set and have an advantage to other recruiters to determine the right skills and culture fit.
