Some thoughts:

– is forward thinking – can anticipate scenarios or problems that might occur and plan accordingly

– can follow through on an assignment in it’s entirety

– can help drive the client to make a decision

– ability to speak the same language and thumb things down for the audience to easily understand

– resourceful – can find answers to problems

– can provide options with pros and cons, while also having a strong opinion on which option they feel is best and why

– goes out of their way to help other team members who might be struggling or need more guidance

– friendly, easy to work with, reachable, handles stressful situations professionally
