Do you feel that it’s a continuous challenge to keep up with all the Salesforce skills that you “need” to master?
Suggestion: Rather than being overwhelmed, and getting frustrated because you don’t know what to turn to next, try to focus on continuing to thoroughly understand the top 5-7 that are considered core.
And really know these inside and out (ideally with proven examples/use cases that you can explain/showcase).
If you look at most of the job descriptions, I think you’ll see a pattern that most companies want.
Items like:
Security
Automation
Data Model/Integrity
Data Processing
Reports/Dashboards
Page Layouts
Hone in on the few, and I believe you’ll have a better chance of floating to the top.
