Do you often get so wrapped up in the work that you’re doing that you forget to:
- Eat
- Drink
- Sleep
- Go pee
- Bathe
- Change clothes
- Brush your teeth
- “Do” your hair
- Pay attention to who’s around you
- Check phone and email alerts
- Browse social media
- Look at the time
- Turn the lights on and work in the dark
- Do something else you were “supposed” to do
I guess it’s the anticipated flow state.
Hopefully, you’re in it once in awhile.
