Do you feel they found someone with more experience?

Do you feel there were things that you should have known but didn’t?

Was the technical bar set too high that no certification would have really prepared you for?

Did the soft skills that you carry not hold enough weight to overcome other areas that you were lacking?

Were the behavioral/scenario based questions too difficult for you to think and speak to with confidence?

Do you feel employers have an unrealistic expectation between what your resume shows and how they interview?
