I think if you speak to anyone who’s been in the Salesforce industry for the past 5+ years, most have NOT gotten every position they applied or interviewed for.

Whether it’s entry level, the c-suite or anything in-between, we’ve all felt we deserved what we didn’t get.

And yes, we take it personal (although we’re told not to).

Fortunately, resilience helps push us forward.
