Not seeing what a position pays from a job posting is often the norm.

Which causes frustration to the job seeker.

In my search this past week for those looking to make a change, I noticed LinkedIn doesn’t provide the capability to allow a job seeker to specify their salary expectations either.

I think the recruiting, hiring, search process could be a much smoother, and dare I say enjoyable process on both sides when there’s more transparency up front.
