It’s interesting how one company passes on a Salesforce Developer as being too junior (for a mid 2 year level position) stating they couldn’t pass some of the foundational concepts of Apex.

And then another company hires that same individual giving them a title of Sr. Salesforce Developer.

On a positive note, if you’re told you’re not qualified, someone else might think you are.
