LinkedIn scenario that I occasionally see.

Job poster: “I have a position open, here’s the link”

Candidate comments: “I’m interested.”

Job poster comments back: “OK, great, apply online.”

Does this exchange seem kinda dull?

Not much enthusiasm or personality on either side.

If landing a position or filling one, continues to be a challenge, and this approach isn’t cutting it, you might want to change it up, asking yourself a few questions…
