Salesforce Managers – if you have a good Salesforce contractor working on your team, when time allows, please write a LinkedIn recommendation for them.

It will greatly help build their credibility when other hiring managers, HR or recruiters are checking out their profiles.

Unfortunately, I have little (close to 0) confidence in the legitimacy in many of the LI profiles that I review and these recommendations go a long way to help someone stand out, in my opinion.

Salesforce Contractors – if you have a good working relationship with those internal employees that you work with, please ask them to write a recommendation for you as you wind down your project.
