Please remember, although the spotlight might feel that it’s only on you during the interview, it’s not.
Those who you’re interviewing with are also performing.
As they hopefully want to be perceived by you, as well-informed, professional, courteous, intelligent, and as a high achiever within their organization.
Especially, if you end up working for/with them.
Heck, they may even have a little anxiety performing the interview.
Remember, interview performance can be seen as bi-directional.
Maybe, keeping that in mind, helps in realizing the angst may not all be on you.
