Can you sense it early on in a conversation?

Maybe you’ve experienced it by an interviewer, with the following thoughts:

They’re working, you’re not. 

They know the environment, you don’t.

They know what questions they’re going to ask, you don’t.

They’re calm and relaxed, you’re not.

They can solve their pre-scripted problem, you can’t.

They have an open position, you don’t.

They’re possibly more experienced in interviewing, you’re not.

Putting all that aside, remember this:

They called YOU in.

You didn’t call them in.

Give them your A game.
