Curveball Interview Questions

Do you get them?

Do you give them?

Are they necessary?

“They” say it gives the interviewer the opportunity a chance see how the interviewee thinks or

sometimes the questions are on a completely different technology topic than what’s being interviewed for.

“What do you know about X, have you done Y, tell me about Z”.

Or

Something like:

“How many gas stations are in the U.S.?”

Any opinion on these?

Any crazy ones that have been thrown your way?

Do you feel if you’ve gotten them, it’s retribution to give them?
