A couple times a year, my wife and I decide to drive through various neighborhoods to go house hunting.

And on the way home, we usually say: “I guess we’ll just stay where we are.”

This has been going on for a few years now.

We’re comfortable, we don’t really want to go through the hassle of moving, and the change we have to make isn’t something we care to take on right now.

I think about how this conclusion is often similar to how many might evaluate their current career situation.
