Has the traditional taboo with accepting a counter-offer changed over time?
I’m sure we’ve all heard “never accept a counter offer”.
But if you have accepted, has this actually back-fired on you?
Do you think your name now has a blemish by it? And if so, has it changed anything in your work environment or is it more of a scare tactic?
Maybe there is no right or wrong answer, and it might really depend on one’s personal comfort level.
