Maybe, you’re evaluating new positions.

You start having conversations and interviews, possibly even receive an offer.

And then after going through this process, you realize where you’re currently working isn’t so bad, after all.

And you decide to stay put.

As the circus you know can be less risky, than the one you don’t.
