“Is this position 100% remote?”

Not sure if this option is available to you as a LinkedIn Smart Reply when you get an InMail from a recruiter, but if not, it should probably be added by LinkedIn.

We went 3 for 3 receiving this response from candidates yesterday.

Also a mental note to us, recruiters, is to describe the position as remote, hybrid, in-office on the initial outreach to save time in the discussion. Or more importantly stating when it’s not 100% remote.
